Quick summary

  • All rooms increase Taint every eight seconds, up to level 10.
  • Taint's damage increases with each pulse and all arenas teleport the character periodically.
  • Elder Bloodjaws reduces two levels from Taint upon death.
  • In Chagorz and Bakragore, each Bloodjaw killed also causes a death explosion.
Step 1

Access, daily attempt and sequence

Open Boss Questlines in Safe Zone. Rotten Blood requires level 250, compatible client and campaign and difficulty release via the server. The attempt is individual per character and per questline.

Input is consumed at startup and returns only at the next UTC turn. Dying, abandoning or letting the run expire does not refund the attempt. Difficulty and any daily modifiers are frozen for the entire run.

The 5 rooms are mandatory and follow this order: Vemiath, Chagorz, Murcion, Ichgahal, Bakragore. A normal run does not allow you to skip encounters.

  • Base requirement: level 250.
  • Quota: One daily entry per character for Rotten Blood.
  • Reset: change of day in UTC, regardless of the device's time.
  • Maximum duration: four hours from booking entry.
Step 2

Difficulties, unlocks and rewards

Adventurer starts unlocked; each completion opens the next difficulty. The server may still restrict tracks during rollout. Multipliers cover bosses, summons and damage typical of mechanics; base defense is not multiplied.

In Rotten Blood, 30% of the total reward is divided between 4 checkpoints before the final boss and 70% is awarded upon completion. The first victory on each difficulty registers an achievement; the first completion unlocks the slayer title, and Mythical unlocks the campaign aura.

Rotten Blood does not have its own completion item table in the current package; The guaranteed reward is made up of the resources below, in addition to achievements and progression cosmetics.

  • Adventurer: HP 1.0x; damage 1.0x; reward 1.0x; no minimum forging; 500,000 XP, 100,000 gold, 500 Relic Coins, 10 Diamonds and 50 Perk Points.
  • Veteran: HP 1.8x; damage 1.25x; reward 1.4x; no minimum forging; 700,000 XP, 140,000 gold, 700 Relic Coins, 14 Diamonds and 70 Perk Points.
  • Heroic: HP 3.2x; damage 1.55x; reward 2.0x; no minimum forging; 1,000,000 XP, 200,000 gold, 1,000 Relic Coins, 20 Diamonds and 100 Perk Points.
  • Nightmare: HP 5.5x; damage 1.95x; reward 3.0x; equipped forge 8; 1,500,000 XP, 300,000 gold, 1,500 Relic Coins, 30 Diamonds and 150 Perk Points.
  • Mythic: HP 9.0x; 2.5x damage; reward 4.5x; equipped forge 16; 2,250,000 XP, 450,000 gold, 2,250 Relic Coins, 45 Diamonds and 225 Perk Points.
Step 3

Shared mechanics — Taint and teleport

In all five rooms, Taint starts again at zero and increases one level every eight seconds, up to 10/10. Each pulse deals base death damage equal to 180 + 100 per level, multiplied by difficulty: 280 at level 1 and 1,180 at level 10.

Every 18 seconds, the character is teleported to a random, unoccupied walkable tile in the arena. Killing a Elder Bloodjaw reduces Taint by two levels, never below zero.

  • Taint: +1 every eight seconds; maximum 10.
  • Base damage at level N: 180 + 100 × N, death type.
  • Teleport: every 18 seconds.
  • Elder Bloodjaw defeated: −2 Taint.
  • Common waves: every 12 seconds, with a limit of four per creature.
Step 4

Room 1 — Vemiath

The arena starts with a Echo Of Vemiath. Every 12 seconds two Elder Bloodjaws appear, limited to four alive.

Use Bloodjaw kills to reduce Taint by two levels and prevent periodic damage from reaching maximum.

  • Initial wave: a Echo Of Vemiath.
  • Wave: two Elder Bloodjaws every 12 seconds.
  • Effect of each Bloodjaw killed: −2 Taint.
  • Victory condition: defeat Vemiath.
Step 5

Room 2 — Chagorz and Bloodjaw explosions

Chagorz starts with one Echo Of Chagorz and creates two Elder Bloodjaws every 12 seconds, up to four alive.

Each Bloodjaw killed reduces two Taint, but also fires a burst of 650 base kill damage, multiplied by difficulty. The explosion is applied to the character regardless of distance.

  • Initial wave: a Echo Of Chagorz.
  • Wave: two Elder Bloodjaws every 12 seconds.
  • Bloodjaw Death: −2 Taint and 650 base death damage.
  • Victory condition: defeat Chagorz.
Step 6

Room 3 — Murcion and the Mushrooms

Opening creates a Echo Of Murcion. Every 12 seconds, the arena attempts to spawn two Mushrooms and one Meandering Mushroom, each type limited to four alive.

This room does not offer Elder Bloodjaw to reduce Taint. The goal is to finish Murcion before Taint and arena occupation make the fight untenable.

  • Initial wave: a Echo Of Murcion.
  • Wave: two Mushrooms and one Meandering Mushroom every 12 seconds.
  • Taint reduction by add: none in this room.
  • Victory condition: defeat Murcion.
Step 7

Room 4 — Ichgahal and the Beetles

Ichgahal starts with a Echo Of Ichgahal. Two Mycobiontic Beetles and one Meandering Mushroom appear every 12 seconds, respecting the limit of four per type.

Just like in Murcion, there is no Bloodjaw to clear Taint. Control only the necessary space and press the boss.

  • Initial wave: a Echo Of Ichgahal.
  • Wave: two Mycobiontic Beetles and one Meandering Mushroom.
  • Reduction of Taint by add: none.
  • Victory condition: defeat Ichgahal.
Step 8

Room 5 — Bakragore and the four echoes

Bakragore begins accompanied by the four echoes: Echo Of Vemiath, Echo Of Chagorz, Echo Of Murcion and Echo Of Ichgahal.

Every 12 seconds two Elder Bloodjaws appear and, randomly, a Darklight Matter or a Converter. Bloodjaws reduce two Taint, however in this arena they also explode for 650 base death damage on death. Defeating Bakragore ends the campaign.

  • Initial wave: four echoes, one from each previous boss.
  • Wave: two Elder Bloodjaws + one Darklight Matter or Converter every 12 seconds.
  • Bloodjaw killed: −2 Taint and 650 base kill damage burst.
  • Taint and teleport remain active.
  • Boss terminal: Bakragore.
Step 9

Checkpoints, resumption, completion and record

Each room prior to the final confrontation in Rotten Blood generates an ordered checkpoint and a portion of the initial 30%. When moving forward, the server has already preserved the completed rooms.

An interruption allows you to use Resume Room only once in the entire run. The current room restarts from the beginning, including life, adds, counters and phases; previous checkpoints remain. A second retake ends the attempt.

Abandonment and expiration also end the run without returning entry. The final victory delivers the remaining 70% idempotently, updates the best time for that difficulty and returns the character to Safe Zone.

  • Checkpoint confirmed: progress and partial reward remain recorded.
  • Room resumed: restarts completely; does not remain in the same combat state.
  • A single retake per run; the second attempt to resume ends the campaign.
  • New normal entry: only after the next reset UTC.
To do better

Practical tips

  • Follow Taint as your main fight watch.
  • Use Elder Bloodjaws to reduce two levels when available.
  • In Chagorz and Bakragore, heal yourself before killing Bloodjaws.
  • Expect a teleport every 18 seconds and maintain more than one viable route.
Evite

Erros comuns

  • Ignore Taint until 10/10.
  • Kill a Bloodjaw with insufficient health for the explosion.
  • Expect cleanup of Taint in Murcion or Ichgahal.
  • Chase adds after a teleport and abandon the boss.
  • Forgetting that Bakragore starts with four echoes.
