Terms of Use
Rules that apply to accessing and using Realm of Idle Hunts on Android and iOS.
This version replaces the Terms dated May 1, 2026. Material changes may be presented in the game and require renewed acceptance.
1. Acceptance and Service Provider
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Cláudio Roberto Pereira da Silva Cardoso, the provider of Realm of Idle Hunts. By creating an account, signing in, playing as a guest, accessing or using the game, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the game.
2. Eligibility and Minors
The game is not intended for children under 13. If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian, who must also agree to these Terms. The guardian must oversee purchases and activities performed by the minor.
3. License and Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use the game on compatible devices solely for entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. The game, its code, systems, text, visual identity and other proprietary content are protected by applicable law. Rights in third-party content and trademarks remain with their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to you.
4. Account, Security and Guest Progress
You are responsible for your account security, device access and all activity performed through your session. Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized access. Guest progress may be lost if the app is reinstalled, the device changes or the local session is removed. Link a supported account to help preserve progress and report suspected unauthorized access to support.
5. Fair Play, Bugs and Third-Party Tools
You may not exploit bugs, exploits or vulnerabilities; use automation, modified clients, scripts, bots, packet manipulation, memory editors or third-party programs; interfere with the service; or obtain resources, currency, items, rankings, progress or any illegitimate advantage. Involved accounts may be subject to resource removal or rollback, suspension or bans, considering severity, available evidence and applicable law.
6. Conduct and Player Interaction
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, deceive or impersonate others; publish illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content; attempt fraud; sell or transfer accounts, resources or items for real money; or use the game to harm players, the community or the service. Interactions and character names may be moderated to protect the community and comply with legal obligations.
7. Virtual Items, Purchases and Refunds
Gold, diamonds, items, boosts, premium benefits and other virtual content are limited licenses for use within the game. They have no monetary value outside the service, cannot be redeemed for cash or traded externally. Prices, taxes, billing, cancellations and refunds follow Google Play or App Store rules and applicable law. When a purchase is cancelled, refunded, charged back or deemed fraudulent, the corresponding content may be removed or adjusted. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Updates, Balancing and Availability
The game may receive updates, maintenance, balancing adjustments, feature changes and temporary interruptions. We may correct progress, rankings, inventories, rewards and accounts when needed to repair errors, preserve the economy, respond to abuse, comply with legal obligations or protect service security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a complete absence of errors, without limiting rights guaranteed by applicable law.
9. Suspension, Bans and Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten service security, commit fraud or cause material harm. Whenever reasonably possible, we will consider severity and evidence before taking action. Urgent measures may be taken without prior notice to contain fraud, abuse or security risks. You may request a review through support. Voluntary account deletion is available in the app and through the official channel below.
10. Privacy, Data and Account Deletion
The processing of personal data needed for authentication, progress, purchases, advertising, security, diagnostics and support is described in the Game Privacy Policy. Instructions to delete your account and associated data are available in the app and on the official deletion page. This Wiki's cookie policy is a separate document and applies only to browsing the website.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The game relies on stores, operating systems, authentication, hosting, analytics, advertising and other third-party services. Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not control third-party availability, but remain responsible for obligations directly assigned to the game provider by applicable law.
12. Warranties and Liability
The service is provided in accordance with applicable law and may experience errors, outages or loss of functionality due to maintenance, incompatible devices or third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits that do not result from conduct attributable to the provider. This limitation does not apply to mandatory consumer rights, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the game, operational practices or law. The current version and date will be published on this page. Material changes may be communicated in the game and require renewed acceptance before continued use. Use after a new version takes effect constitutes agreement where permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Before starting a dispute, we recommend contacting support to seek a direct resolution. In consumer relationships, the courts of the consumer's domicile and all other rights under applicable law remain preserved. Questions, moderation appeals and requests related to these Terms may be sent through the official channel at the end of this page.
